Food for Taught

In California, foodservice operations must have at least one manager who has passed an accredited food safety certification examination. ServSafe is an industry-leading, nationally recognized program for food safety manager training and certification. 

The course includes 4 hours of in-person training and the 2 hour exam, with a complimentary study guide provided upon registration.

Certification is valid for 5 years.

Food for Taught Class Cancellation and Reschedule Policies

Class and testing fees are non-refundable.  There is a $50 reschedule fee, unless Food for Taught receives notification 7 or more days prior to class.  Rescheduled dates must occur within 3 months of original class date.  Should Food for Taught be forced to cancel a class, FFT will place the customer in another class at no additional cost.
